My story & career

I am Raja Bhaiya Yadav, son of Shri Ram Sumer Yadav, from Village - Katni (Thar Pahad), Paldev, Post - Chaubepur, Tehsil - Majhgawan, Chitrakoot, District - Satna (Madhya Pradesh).

From a young age, I was passionate about education and service. I started my professional journey as a teacher, inspired by a desire to share knowledge and help shape young minds. However, as I grew in experience, I realized that my true interests lay elsewhere. Teaching, though noble, did not fully align with my long-term goals and aspirations.

Due to some financial difficulties and family responsibilities, I made the decision to leave my teaching career and return home to support my parents. During this phase, I dedicated myself to serving the people of my town. Many individuals in my community faced severe health and financial challenges. I took it upon myself to assist them accompanying them to hospitals, ensuring they received proper medical care, and providing them with the emotional and practical support they needed during difficult times. This experience not only strengthened my bond with my community but also deepened my sense of responsibility and compassion.

After some time, I discovered a growing interest in the private sector. I wanted to take on new challenges and expand my skills beyond the traditional path I had known. This led me to join SKTP Education Consultancy Private Limited. Initially, I worked as a State Project Head, where I was responsible for managing various government and non-government projects, including tasks like APPAR ID work and other administrative assignments. Handling these important projects gave me extensive exposure to different sectors and helped me develop leadership and management skills.

I am currently serving as the CEO of SKTP Education Consultancy Private Limited. In this role, I lead a dynamic team dedicated to providing comprehensive educational consulting services to students and institutions alike. At SKTP, our mission is to empower students with the right guidance, resources, and opportunities to achieve their academic and professional goals.

With a strong focus on innovation and personalized support, I oversee the development of strategic initiatives, partnerships, and programs that ensure our clients receive top-quality services. Under my leadership, SKTP Education Consultancy continues to expand its reach, helping students navigate their educational journeys both locally and internationally.

I am deeply committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, excellence, and care in all our operations. Through continuous learning and adaptation, I strive to drive SKTP towards new heights of success and to make a meaningful impact in the field of education consultancy.
